WHAT IS HAPPENING?
Senior Connection is a ministry to and with mature adults 55 years of age and older.
On the fourth Tuesday of the month senior connection meets in the church fellowship hall at noon for a meal and fellowship. This is a community meal and each family brings something to place on the table. Paper products and drinks are provided for each meal.
Following the lunch there is an educational program, an inspirational event, or a humorous presentation. There are times when there is a field trip planned and the meal will be at a place of interest.
Senior Connection is for anyone within the New Hope Church and for people outside the congregation. Currently there are 85 names on the mailing list and attendance each month ranges from 40-50 people.
The Senionr Connection Leadership Team is chaired by Lynn and Betty Mefferd. Other members on the planning team are Marv and Carol Beady, Earl and Josephine Clore, and Betty Smith.
